After 30 years of promoting national and international events, Sunfest Africa Multi Sport Festival Series was initiated and hosted by Gentle Giant Promotions from 2021.  This is a national and international project, a series hosting annual sport and arts events.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL

Gentle Giant Promotions will host two national events in 2025 namely the Sunfest Gauteng and Sunfest KZN where national athletes and art enthusiast can be part of. The annual international event, Sunfest Africa Multi Sport and Art Festival will host national and international participation, creating an opportunity and platform for different sports and art to develop and grow.  The Sunfest Africa will allow athlete the opportunity to participate on an international platform on home soil.

SPORT AND ARTS - EQUAL AND FAIR PARTICIPATION

This platform will be available to any sport or arts initiative, amateur and professional, with the goal to encourage participation and showcase the sport and art to a different audience, creating opportunity for federations, promoters, and organizations, but also involving and encouraging the South African youth and athletes to participate.  We believe as promoters when participating together in sport and art we can build healthy communities in South Africa.This platform will also offer an equal and fair opportunity for all.

The goal is to create activations at SA world class venues, an exhibition, and a huge interest of spectators from different cultures and ages, exposing sport & art but also creating awareness and growth.  This platform will also offer an equal and fair opportunity for all.

Any Sports or any format of Art are invited and are welcome to be part of the annual Sunfest Series.  This Sunfest Multi Sport and Art Festival will create an opportunity for sports and arts to generate additional income and exposure, by hosting their own competition on the same weekend, in the same venue.  Enjoy world class exposure because of different national and international sports and arts communities in one venue.
